HUDSON (AP) — The Penobscot County Sheriff ’s says a man was killed and two others hurt in a single-car crash in the town of Hudson.

Officials say a man and woman were taken to the hospital Sunday evening and that authorities also searched for a fourth person believed to have fled the scene. That person was later located.

The total amount to be raised by taxes will be $21.15 million, an increase of $510,978. The tax increase impact to Bath taxpayers breaks down as follows:

Man gets three years after Midcoast drug arrest

A Delaware man arrested in August 2017 for selling crack and heroin in the Bath-Brunswick area was sentenced Monday to three years in prison.

Kyle Rivers, 26, of Bear, Delaware, also was sentenced to three years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to the charge of possessing with intent to distribute on Nov. 28, 2017.
