Each year Region 10 receives a large amount of requests for summer employees. These jobs range in salary and scope and some may develop into year round positions as well. These jobs begin to arrive in early May and we post them each day. GURNET TRADING COMPANY
We are looking for 2 to 3 workers this spring. Duties might include, but not be limited: mowing, spring cleaning, mulching, hardscape, plus a variety of other yard projects (we provide on the job training). Monday thru Friday, 7:30-4 PM, overtime often available.
Must be at least 17 y.o., enjoy working outside and can listen to directions. Students would be riding along with someone else, so a driver’s license is not necessary, but it does help when they are ready to learn how to operate equipment. Women are happily interviewed; so many think that our type of work requires a huge amount of physical strength, but it does not. You just use your strength wisely. At least $13/hr, but it can grow quickly with a motivated individual.

We are looking for a Mechanic’s Assistant who is willing to get dirty! We have a commercial truck fleet and commercial pickup trucks. Hours and job duties are dependent on the student’s capabilities. PART TIME OUTDOOR SUMMER JOB IN HARPSWELL
Hours: 15-20 per week. Days and times flexible
Job Tasks: Variable… such as assisting with harvesting wood and forest clean-up, yard maintenance, mowing, assisting with large vegetable garden and similar tasks.
Job Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, be able to lift 40 pounds and do physical work at least four hours in a day, be honest and reliable, take the job seriously and have a sense of humor! Some work will be alone and some with me and others.
Pay: $15.00 per hour, paid daily or weekly, your choice
