Thirty-year-old Jesse Zorski of Freeport turned himself in to the state police in Bridgeport Friday on an active arrest warrant.
Bath police say they have charged a woman with creating a standoff, following an incident Wednesday at a Middle Street home.
The charge is a misdemeanor and punishable by up to six months incarceration and a $1,000 fine.
Charged is 36-year-old Jennifer Becze.
