Lisbon boys get huge win to make Class B South tourney

D.J. Douglas scored a game-high 29 points to lead the Greyhounds to the Mountain Valley Conference win Thursday.

The win boosts Lisbon to the No. 9 position in the Class B South Heal Points and will travel to Freeport to face the Falcons (10-8) next week, date and time to be determined.

Jonah Sautter added 20 points for Lisbon (9-9).

With a bye to the quarterfinals at stake, Gray-New Gloucester and Freeport played a game worthy of the tournament like atmosphere on Senior Night at Freeport High School.
