BAILEY ISLAND — The Rev. Sheila Seekins of Rockland will be the celebrant at All Saints by the Sea, Bailey Island, on Sunday, August 30, at 9:30. This will be the final service of the summer season. The Episcopal chapel is located on Washington Avenue.
